1. Direct clearing (Exercises 3-A and 3-B).
2. Stretching and loosening the diaphragm (Exercises 4-A).
3. Hand Sensitivity Exercises 1 and 2 (Exercises 1-A and 5-A).
Daily practice:
1. Pranic breathing (Exercise 4-B). Use your preferred rhythm and retention sequence.
2. General scanning (Exercises 5-B to 5-E). Practice on a variety of targets: your arm, your leg, and other parts of your body; plants, animals, and other people; energetic baseline.
3. Specific scanning. Practice on small targets (for example, your left wrist or right ear); individual chakras (Exercises 6-A and 6-B); chakral baseline (Exercise 6-E); self-scanning using visualization (Exercise 6-C); specific scanning with your nondominant hand (the hand with which you don’t normally scan); specific scanning with both hands simultaneously.
4. Sweeping (Exercises 7-B to 7-J). General sweeping of another person, general self-sweeping, sweeping health rays of another person, self-sweeping health rays, sweeping chakras of another person, self-sweeping chakras.
By this time, you should have a better sense of your aptitude for these exercises, the personal areas on which you need to focus, and the time you wish to devote to this work. Your practice should become more individualized. Cut down your time on the basic techniques and spend more time scanning and sweeping.
